JOHN H. ROCHELEAU

John H. Rocheleau is the Chief Financial Officer and a founder of Golden Gate Logistics, LLC.  Before forming Golden Gate Logistics, Mr. Rocheleau was a founding member and Chief Financial Officer of both Menlo Worldwide and Menlo Logistics, and Head of IT for Menlo Worldwide.

Mr. Rocheleau was the CFO of Menlo Worldwide from December, 2001 through July, 2005.  Menlo Worldwide was an integrated global forwarding and logistics provider with $3 billion in annual revenues, 12,000 employees and operations in more than 100 countries.  The business included Menlo Forwarding (formerly Emery Worldwide), Menlo Logistics and Vector SCM (a joint venture with General Motors to manage their $5 billion in annual logistics expense).  Mr. Rocheleau served as CFO of Menlo Worldwide, and during his tenure, CEO of both Menlo Worldwide Services and Menlo Worldwide Technologies.  Menlo Forwarding was sold to UPS at the end of 2004.

Mr. Rocheleau joined Menlo Logistics at the beginning of 1994 as its first financial officer and member of the senior management team, a role he served until 2001.  He helped build Menlo into one of the premier providers of integrated supply chain solutions.

Mr. Rocheleau joined Menlo’s parent, CNF, in 1989 as a strategic planning analyst, and was promoted to manager within two years, serving various roles in strategic and corporate planning and corporate finance during his five years at the parent.

Mr. Rocheleau earned a bachelor’s degree from Siena College and an MBA from the University of Washington.


EDWARD G. FEITZINGER

Edward G. Feitzinger, 38, is senior vice president of Golden Gate Logistics.  Mr. Feitzinger brings a wealth of knowledge in supply chain, information technology, and logistics to Golden Gate.

Mr. Feitzinger was previously vice president of Worldwide Logistics for Hewlett-Packard.  He was responsible for the global logistics strategy and execution for Hewlett-Packard (HP).   Prior to HP, Mr. Feitzinger was senior vice president of sales and marketing at Menlo Worldwide, a $3B global logistics services provider.  Mr. Feitzinger also served in the capacity of senior vice president of technology and engineering for Menlo Worldwide from 2001 to 2003, and as vice president of Menlo Logistics’ 3pl technology and engineering arm before that. 

Before joining Menlo, Mr. Feitzinger served as global supply chain manager for HP, where he managed the strategic supply chain initiatives for HP’s commercial server, laptop and personal computer organizations. He also held positions in IT, manufacturing, order fulfillment and in HP’s internal supply chain consulting organization. Prior to joining HP, Mr. Feitzinger worked at Intel and AT&T Network Systems (now Lucent) in operations engineering positions.

Mr. Feitzinger has worked with leading academics, including Dr. Hau Lee of Stanford University, to develop innovative solutions for complex supply chain problems. Mr. Feitzinger has co-authored articles that appeared in Harvard Business Review, Target and leading academic journals. He has also been a keynote speaker at numerous supply chain conferences.

Based in Palo Alto, California, Mr. Feitzinger is a native of Vestal, NY, and holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Lehigh University and a master's degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University.



ANTONIO LEUNG

Antonio Leung has over 35 years experience in the ocean shipping and logistics consolidation industry.  Before joining Golden Gate, Mr. Leung had founded his own logistics consulting company.  Prior to founding his consultancy, he was Vice President of Greater China for APL Logistics.  He has promoted to the role of Vice President and Managing Director of North Asia in 2000, and he joined APL Logistics in 1996 as Regional Director of North Asia.  Prior to 1996, he held various management roles in liner, logistics, operations, sales & marketing functions with The Fritz Companies, American Consolidation Services and American President Lines.

Mr. Leung holds a master’s degree in Technology Management/Global Logistics Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. 

Mr. Leung joined Golden Gate Logistics in September, 2006.
